We have been zealously representing clients in Immigration Courts across the nation (asylum-based cases, cancellation of removal, and cases involving criminal aliens). We also represent clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
In addition, we represent clients in various areas of business and employment immigration such as H-1B, E-2, TN, O, P, R, and L-1 non-immigrant cases. In addition, we handle cases involving foreign labor certification, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 immigrant petitions.
